Concentration area

The concentration area of the PPGEP is Operations engineering and Industrial Processes. 

The Operations Engineering and Industrial Processes encompasses the planning, programming, execution and control of productive processes to convert incoming resources into products and services. It focuses on Project concepts, industrial engineering, engineering and product development and production processes, quality and productivity engineering, industrial maintenance management, among other elements that directly affect industrial production processes. The research related to this concentration area aims at the effective participation of the professionals involved in creating the conditions to meet the needs found in the scientific, industrial and technological development of the country in situations that involve the various branches of Operations Engineering and Industrial Processes.
